Searcys Knightsbridge Dinner – Meghan & Livio
Given the extensive choice London has to offer, booking a Searcys Knightsbridge dinner to celebrate your recent wedding when you already own your own restaurant is a pretty hefty stamp of approval for any establishment. And judging by the fayre Meghan & Livio enjoyed I would suggest it was a pretty good decision on their part. Having already got wed in Canada a few weeks previously, this was the London leg of the celebrations starting off with an intimate dinner with close family before friends aplenty descended on this hidden gem in one of the capitals smartest neighbourhoods.
Its quite a nice way of doing things when you think of it. Initially, and most importantly, you get to spend some ‘catch up’ time with your nearest and dearest over a sumptuous feast. And then you get to hook up with all your buddies whilst being able to mingle freely. But what about these guests, the second tranche, the party people? Surely they would need feeding at some point, I mean there is only so many bubbles one can take without food. Ahh, well, worry not, how about some of London’s finest meatballs courtesy of the Belpassi Bros? Yes! they hit the spot perfectly, thank you! Very nice they were too! Livio (and his brother Lorenzo) had arranged for an in-house delivery from their very own restaurant to fill up their friends (and their photographer)as a sort of half-time snack before the party continued.
Thanks to all the staff at Searcys Knightsbridge (also known as 30 Pavilion Road were you to be inspired to check it out yourself) for all their help and smiley faces (especially the one carrying meatballs) and Thanks to Meghan & Livio for letting me roam free to do my thing. A most enjoyable evening all round!
