There is a very slim chance I may bump into Elisa & Richard this week in Sorrento, as I am popping out Italy way for a wedding and these guys are out there on their honeymoon. Hopefully for Elisa her shoes are staying clear of getting caught in any grates in Italy, as her heels got caught whilst gliding down the aisle! Dad was on hand to action the quick release clause luckily, so Richard didn’t have to wait too long to greet his bride.
We had sunshine when it mattered and rain when it didn’t so all was in order for an enjoyable Saturday in the Cotswolds and more importantly the grey clouds didn’t manage to affect their day. A wonderful set of speeches led by Elisa’s Dad set the tone with some tears and laughter, before Richards’ right hand men did their best to ensure the tradition of a best mans speech remains alive and well with some finely chosen anecdotes about the dashing groom.
The first of two big thank yous must go to Jane from planned for perfection for ensuring the rain clouds stayed away, as well as the multitude of other responsibilities executed with her usual panache.
