Marie-Claire & Matthew – Tylney Hall Wedding
Yep it rained, but not when it affected us. During the ceremony and during the wedding breakfast, so all was dry as a bone and bright as a button on Saturday for Marie-Claire & Matthew. THREE month honeymoon is awaiting these two. Three months in South America, just the two of them, a map, a sense of adventure and a zest for life. Back in time for Christmas! Who mentioned that word?

Samantha & Andy – Part One
I say part one because part two is to take place next week in the form of a huge party to celebrate their getting married in Devon last week. Just a select few were in attendance including some rather nice sunshine, which after our drive down the previous day, was a welcome guest.

Charlotte & Robert – Hengrave Hall Wedding
Charlotte & Robert flipped things round a bit for their wedding day, as I started with Robert getting ready (or playing pool) in the ‘boys room’ at Hengrave Hall (Nice venue, well worth checking out if you want a venue with its own church). We had a bit of rain, ok a lot of rain, but luckily we managed to get outside in the breaks to ensure they could make the most of the gardens and venue before delving into their very own ‘Wonka Bars’ during their wedding breakfast. Not 100% sure who claimed the golden ticket, but I am presuming there must have been one!

Karen & Richard – Doubletrees Chester Wedding Images
Energy, excitment, enthusiam and a fantastic family feel were in abundance for Karen & Richards wedding up in Chester. Flitting in between the respective preparations on Sunday morning I managed to hear about the amount of work Karen put into the details for their day, whilst in Richards’ room I was treated to a rendition of ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ by his two best men.
Once the party started, the only breaks in the dancing were for the meal and speeches, which included a lovely film of the two of them, with contributions from their nearest and dearest. Always guarantees to bring a tear to the eye, especially when Snow Patrol accompany the images.

Fiona & David – Blenheim Palace Wedding
This is a love story if ever I have seen one. Fiona & David met in their Chemistry lesson when they were just 15 years old, and a mere 18 years later, they were putting on one of the most unique and enjoyable weddings I have had the pleasure to shoot. In some of the images it looks as mad as a box of frogs, and to some extent it was, but in other images you can see what I mean about the Love Story. Strip away the colour, noise and musical chairs and you can see what these two mean to each other. They just put on a jolly good show to celebrate it and amen to that.
By the way, should anyone else be planning Musical Chairs, look out for Auntie Rose! Lethal when it came to winning, lethal.

Caroline & Mark – Fennes Estate
It is not often you get a bride who is so creative that she adds to the design of her own wedding dress, but Caroline, with her background as a fashion buyer, was probably the ideal candidate, and rather splendid she looked too!
Apart from the odd guest getting lost en-route to the reception, everything went swimmingly for these guys on Friday. The rain held off until the party started, and judging by the way the dancefloor was filling up when I departed, there were some funky shapes going to be cut.
