ISPWP Summer Contest Placings
Chuffed to say that the kids presented me with a couple of winners in the latest round of the ISPWP competition.
The first image was shot at Somerset House in May on a rather hot day, which explains why they had the fountains working and this little chap was being called for lunch by Mum. Being a male, with food on his mind, he was never going to notice an bride and her father approaching!

And this little chaps Mum is doing what all good parents do with their kids. Hang em upside down on the dance floor and see if any of their pocket money falls out of their pockets.

Faye & Mark
Smile is the word I would use if pushed to describe Faye & Marks day in one word. They never stopped smiling these two, bit of a giggle here, a smirk there, or just a wide beaming grin. Good for them. I bet their smiles are even wide at the moment as they are diving in the Maldives.

Rebecca & Neil – Gosfield Hall Wedding
After breaking her back in January, Rebecca showed her determination by arranging her wedding to Neil in about four weeks, and it ran as smoothly as you could wish for. Not only did Rebecca and Neil sort and arrange all the details of their day, they managed to get their order for sunshine granted as well.

Olinka & Prajesh – Micklefield House
One of the best things about covering an Indian Wedding is that no-one looks at their watches. So long as we get a Bride and Groom at some stage, a wedding ceremony will take place and then we will celebrate. Simple. We even had the resident chicken join us for the ceremony! Olinka’s family were over from Russia and treated us to some traditional dancing in the afternoon before Prajesh took centre stag in the evening with his brand of a ‘dance off’ against his buddies. To be fair to him, he cuts a fine rug when it came to some boogie woogie.

Elisabeth & Euan – Hampton Court House Wedding
For a relatively young couple, these guys have crammed a huge amount into their lives so far. Apart from the odd triathlon and cow herding trophies, they have also travelled extensively and managed to qualify as an Accountant and Doctor to boot. I started coverage with Euan in the local before hooking up with Liz round the corner for her preps and then onto Hampton Court House. One of Liz’s creations was a wonderful Family Tree which included wedding images from all their anscestors.
p.s Ugliest Best Man Award Winner for this one!!

Lindsay & Mark -Limewood Wedding
A busy weekend last week started down in the New Forest with the wedding of Lindsay & Mark at the rather splendid Limewood. The weather couldn’t make up its mind, so we opted for some sun. These guys are about as chilled as you can get, which was reflected in the mood for their big day before a Great Jazz/Salsa band provided the soundtrack for their evening celebrations. And boy was there some air guitar action going on!
